Essential information for purchasing from Tailor Taste: products, payments, delivery and consumer rights.
1. Seller and scope of application
These general conditions govern consumer sales made through Tailor Taste by Natura Dolce di Alberigo Grassi, VAT no. 02948830423, with registered office at Via Meucci 62/64, 60020 Camerata Picena (AN), email info@tailortaste.it, telephone 071 9093340 (the “Seller”).
The conditions apply to purchases made by consumers for purposes outside their business, trade, craft or profession. Mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Products, information and availability
The essential characteristics of products, including information required for food and allergens where applicable, are set out in the relevant product pages before purchase. Images are illustrative; the characteristics and information stated in the product page and on the delivered product label prevail.
Availability shown on the website is updated within technical limits. If a product is unavailable after an order, the Seller informs the customer and proposes an agreed solution or reimbursement of the amount relating to the unfulfillable part of the order.
3. Build-your-own boxes
For build-your-own boxes, the packaging costs €9.90 and the packing contribution is €0.90. These amounts are added to the price of products selected by the customer. The cart and order summary show selected products, applicable amounts and the total before the order is submitted.
Selecting standard products or variants from the catalogue does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal. Any exclusion for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies only where the order genuinely has those characteristics and is clearly communicated to the customer before purchase.
4. Prices, taxes, charges and payment
Prices are stated in euros. The order summary shows the product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and every other amount due, together with the total payable before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods are exclusively those displayed at checkout. No additional costs not stated in the summary and not expressly accepted by the customer are charged.
Before submitting the order, you can correct the entered data and change the cart. The final purchase button entails an obligation to pay the stated amount. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. The confirmation states the summary and conditions applicable to the purchase. Keep this communication for any subsequent request.
5. Shipping and delivery
The delivery cost in Italy is €9.90, unless a different condition is clearly shown in the cart for the specific order. Deliveries outside Italy are available only where enabled at checkout; the relevant cost is communicated in the quotation or order summary before the purchase is concluded.
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, delivery is made without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. The Seller bears the risk of loss or damage to goods until they are physically delivered to the customer or a person designated by them, except where the carrier was commissioned directly by the customer without having been proposed by the Seller.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise withdrawal, the consumer must send the Seller, within that period, an unequivocal statement by email to info@tailortaste.it or to: Natura Dolce di Alberigo Grassi, Via Meucci 62/64, 60020 Camerata Picena (AN), Italy.
After communicating withdrawal, the consumer returns the goods within 14 days. The direct cost of return is borne by the consumer, unless the Seller has agreed to bear it or the goods are defective or non-conforming. The Seller reimburses all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; it may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from delivery of the last good. Any extra costs for a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered are not reimbursed. The consumer is liable only for diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the exhaustive cases provided by law. For food products, exclusion may apply only, according to the concrete characteristics of the product, to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery, or goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception is stated in the product page or order summary.

7. Statutory guarantee of conformity
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of goods under the rules governing the statutory guarantee. The consumer has the remedies provided by law, including repair or replacement where applicable, price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided for.
For goods, the statutory guarantee applies for 24 months from delivery within the limits established by law and compatibly with the perishable nature of products, their expiry date and stated storage conditions. The guarantee does not limit consumer rights or exclude the Seller’s liability for lack of conformity existing upon delivery.
8. Complaints, international customers and applicable law
For information or complaints relating to an order, the customer may contact the Seller at info@tailortaste.it or on 071 9093340, stating the order number and the issue encountered.
Accessing the website from countries other than Italy does not amount to an undertaking to deliver to those countries. Where international delivery is available, the customer receives the applicable cost before ordering and any mandatory rights provided by the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence. For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction determined by mandatory rules remains unaffected, including the consumer’s forum where applicable. The version of the conditions accepted at the time of purchase applies to orders.
