Our artichokes (58%) are preserved in extra-virgin olive oil with oregano, green pepper, vinegar and white wine: a simple marinade that enhances their natural flavour without masking it.

The result is a rounded, delicately aromatic flavour, perfect as an antipasto with cured meats and cheeses, on warm bruschetta or alongside grilled meats. Also excellent for dressing cold pasta dishes or gourmet salads.
