Artichoke Cream

Description

The artichoke is one of the Italian kitchen’s most prized and complex vegetables — herbaceous, slightly bitter, with a character all its own that few know how to bring out fully. Our cream brings it to the jar at 83%, blended with extra virgin olive oil, a touch of lemon, onion, fresh parsley and black pepper.

The result is a thick, fragrant cream that preserves all the artichoke’s character without masking it. No preservatives, no added flavourings.
