Description

Apricots are among the most beloved fruits of the Italian summer — orange, velvety, with a warm sweetness and floral aroma that no other fruit can replicate. As a preserve, they are a timeless classic, but the difference always lies in the quality of the fruit and how much of it is truly inside.

Ours is made with 58% apricots and 65g of fruit per 100g, with sugar and a touch of lemon to balance the fruit’s natural sweetness. No added pectin, no preservatives, no flavourings. Just the full, sun-kissed flavour of ripe apricots.

Perfect for breakfast on toast or crispbread, as a filling for tarts, shortbread biscuits and baked desserts, or paired with Greek yoghurt or fresh cheeses. A jar that tastes of summer — to open all year round.
