We use cookies and browser storage to make the website work and remember functions you choose, such as language, cart and favourites.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by the browser. Local and session storage have similar functions: the former may remain on the device between visits, while the latter is tied to the browsing tab. This page describes the technologies used by Tailor Taste, operated by Natura Dolce di Alberigo Grassi, VAT no. 02948830423, Via Meucci 62/64, 60020 Camerata Picena (AN), Italy.
2. Necessary cookies
- tt_language: remembers the website language for 30 days.
- woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart: manage cart contents during the browsing session.
- wp_woocommerce_session_*: connects the browser to the cart stored on the server; ordinary duration of 2 days.
- wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* and wp-settings-*: enable cookie checks, login and authenticated-user preferences. Durations depend on the function: session for the test, normally 2 days for login or 14 days when choosing to be remembered, and up to one year for interface preferences.
- wfwaf-authcookie-*: where necessary, enables the Wordfence security system to recognise an authenticated user and apply protections correctly; duration of 12 hours, renewable while logged in.
These cookies are set by the website domain when the relevant function requires them. They are necessary for browsing or the requested service and do not require advertising consent. Actual duration may vary depending on login, browser and session renewal.
3. Local and session storage
- tt_wl: keeps products you add to favourites in local storage until you remove them or clear website data from the browser.
- tt_v: keeps the website’s graphical version so that the page updates correctly. It remains in local storage until replaced or website data are cleared; it is not a visitor’s personal identifier.
- tt_first_load_done: avoids repeating the entry animation during the same session.
- tt_tally_v1_*: keeps the Tally conversation and associated access in the browser tab when you start a conversation. Session storage ends when the tab is closed, subject to session restoration provided by the browser. Server-side history instead follows what is described in the Privacy Policy.
- tt:contact-draft:v1:*: allows recovery of a contact form not successfully submitted in the same tab, with a validity of 30 minutes; it is removed after successful submission or the next expiry check.
- wc_cart_hash_*, wc_fragments_* and wc_cart_created: may be used by WooCommerce in local or session storage to update the cart, according to the active function and purchase session.
4. Statistics, advertising and external services
Jetpack visitor statistical tracking and WooCommerce attribution of visits to orders are disabled. The website does not enable advertising cookies or optional analytics during ordinary browsing. A banner to accept these tools is therefore not displayed. If tools requiring consent are introduced in the future, you will be able to choose before they are enabled and change your choice later.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection data: use of an external service does not necessarily mean that a cookie is installed. Payment, when available and selected at checkout, may require technical tools of the relevant provider. Links to WhatsApp and social media lead to external services with their own rules. 5. How to control browser data
You can view, block or delete cookies and website data through your browser privacy settings. You can also delete any statistical cookies stored from previous visits: disabling tracking does not automatically remove those already present. Blocking necessary data may prevent access, empty the cart or cause loss of favourites and chat continuity.
Removing data from the browser does not delete orders or conversations retained by the controller. To exercise your rights or request information, write to info@tailortaste.it. Consent to email offers, where given, is separate from cookies and may be withdrawn at the same address.
