Our manifesto
Tailor Taste was born from a simple idea: taste is a matter of balance. Just as a tailor makes a bespoke suit, we select one by one the products that speak to our palate and our values.
We seek out the artisan who still kneads by hand, the small producer with no time for marketing, the family recipe that deserves a bigger stage.
We don’t sell food. We tell the stories of people and places: a catwalk of flavours where every fold has a purpose.
